So That’s What FIRST means

The nation’s premier science competition is put on by a New Hampshire-based organization called US First.  Their robotics competition brings together thousands of kids every spring to compete against each other for recognition and scholarships.

The “First” in their name is an acronym.  For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology.
