Michigan Robotics Team Gets Notice From The Governor

US First Robotic CompetitionThe Jackson Vectors, A US First competitive robotics team from Jackson, MI were recognized last week during Michigan Governor Rick Snyder’s State of the State address.

The high school team, along with their faculty adviser, appeared at the state house and were presented to the assembled audience as an example of how First robotics can boost student interest in the core subjects of science, technology, engineering and math.

The Vectors will compete in this year’s US First robotics competition.  Michigan is the home of at least 80 US First robotics teams.
